CHALLENGE

The company shared its content-heavy learning materials in word documents and slides.

They had a hard time converting the content into engaging learning lessons that the learners would enjoy.

They wanted their curriculum redesigned in a way that the content flows well between lessons.

SOLUTION

In collaborating with the subject matter experts and using adult learning theory, I crafted the learning objectives and chunked the content into lessons.

I used the SAM model with Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Camtasia, and Articulate Storyline to design the learning solution.

RESULTS

Increased efficiency for trainers as the content was effectively presented and taught.

Increased learners’ engagement because the content offered videos, audio and interactive activities.

Increased the company’s presence online and provided an edge over its competitors.
